Dr. Baah is a board-certified pediatric physician and public health leader with over 21 years of clinical experience, including nearly a decade dedicated to serving children and families in the Worcester area. Since obtaining her pediatric license in 2005, she has provided care to a diverse patient population, managing a wide range of complex medical, developmental, and behavioral health conditions. 

Currently, she serves as an Associate Medical Director at UMass Chan Medical School, where she is involved in health policy development, clinical quality improvement, and establishing care standards for vulnerable populations. Her work emphasizes enhancing healthcare delivery systems and ensuring access to high-quality, evidence-based care. Previously, Dr. Baah held the position of Associate Professor of Pediatrics and has led significant quality improvement initiatives, such as reducing wait times for autism evaluations and expanding access to early diagnosis and intervention. 

Earlier in her career, Dr. Baah worked as a medical epidemiologist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she contributed to national vaccination strategies, authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, and supported large-scale public health initiatives. Her approach to care is grounded in evidence-based medicine, collaboration, and a strong commitment to improving health outcomes at both individual and population levels.
